World’s leading brands, equipment and services come to Southampton International Boat Show
Southampton is known as the Gateway to the World for its international maritime connections, and this September it becomes the place for companies from all over the world to showcase their products and services at the Southampton International Boat Show.
This year many international brands will be making their debuts at the show, including Canadian water-life brand Mustang, launching its range of marine technical clothing. There will be the latest in marine electronics, navigation and communications from US-owned Raymarine with its Yachtsense EcoSystem and Cyclone radar, and from China, EcoFlow’s innovative and portable power solutions through UK distributor Battery Dynamics.
From the USA, Robbins Timber’s TMT Marine is a sustainably sourced product made from American Maple, which offers a viable alternative to teak. For deck coatings, look at the Soromap range from France, or for those wanting to sand down, clean and restore craft, the full range of Mirka Power Tools from Finland are available at the show.
Italian manufacturers feature strongly within the 70,000+ square meters of the show, from the stylish Bluegame BGX 70 motor yacht through to Armare Ropes, Paguro generators, Frigomar chiller units and air conditioners, and Schenker Watermakers.
New at the show will be the range of Venclaes boat trailers from the Netherlands, and US manufactured watermakers from HRO, Sea Recovery and Village Marine. Petrol and diesel generators from US manufacturer Westerbeke can be viewed alongside Germany-based Fischer Panda generators and electric propulsion engines.
Outboard, inboard, and electric engines from all over the world can be seen at the show with all the major brands on show including Mercury Marine and Mariner from the USA, Torqeedo electric engines from Germany, and Tohatsu and Yanmar from Japan. Suzuki will be promoting its range of small horsepower and portable engines ranging from 2.5hp to 30hp and displaying its flagship DF350A dual-propeller outboard, perfect for high performance RIBS and super yacht tenders.
In the marina, there are craft from all corners of the world – from France, there’s Beneteau, Jeanneau, Dufour, Fountaine Pajot and Neel Trimarans. From Sweden, there’s the latest in designs from Arcona, Najad, Hallberg-Rassy, and Nimbus. There are X-Yachts from Denmark, and Cormate from Norway. Avon Marina will be exhibiting its Norwegian manufactured River Boat, available in four sizes ranging from 2.6m-4.6m. These boats are ideal for inland waterways and in- harbour leisure, commercial and emergency use.
Aquaspirit, Quarken, NorthStar, Grandezza and Sargo from Finland, Galeon yachts from Poland and Dromeas yachts from Turkey sit alongside German ranges including Bavaria, Fjord, Hanse and Dehler. Rayglass Protector RIBS from New Zealand, Grand RIBS from Ukraine, and Gemini RIBS from South Africa sit alongside Aquila catamarans from China and Zodiac RIBS from France.

The Southampton International Boat Show, is the largest marine showcase in the UK and one of Europe’s largest on-water events.
