Sea Angling Classic, Yamaha and Extreme Boats hit the road
Inspiring anglers young and old, the Sea Angling Classic ‘catch, photograph and release’ fishing competition is hitting the road on a countrywide tour to promote the main event and showcase the stunning prize boat with a Yamaha V6 300hp outboard engine and the boat control system, Helm Master EX.
The Sea Angling Classic ‘Let’s Meet & Fish’ roadshow will kick off in Wales at the Cardiff Bay Yacht Club on 12 March 2023, before venturing along the south coast and up into Scotland.
Experienced anglers and beginners alike are invited to join the Sea Angling Classic team to get a taste of what’s instore at the main event which takes place in Portsmouth, 14 – 18 June and have a look at the winning boat and Yamaha engine combination.
“Whether someone’s an avid angler or just starting out, we’d be delighted to have them join us at one of our seven road show locations,” says Ross Honey, Managing Director of Angling Spirit and founder of the Sea Angling Classic.
“They can get up close and personal with the amazing Extreme 745 Game King prize boat powered by a Yamaha V6 300hpoutboard with Helm Master EX functionality which will be presented to the winner of the recreational boat angling category when the competition takes place in June. Visitors can also meet our event partners and check out their top-notch products as well as enjoy a fun filled day out on the water before reconvening back on the shore to crown the King of the Day for the longest fish caught. It’s sure to be an unforgettable day out – everyone’s welcome.”
