Premier Marinas, keen to reward berth holders for their continued loyalty, is expanding its benefits package – known as the Premier Advantage – to now include a new Berthing Loyalty Reward worth up to 3%, for customers who have berthed their boats at a Premier Marina for more than two years on a qualifying, un-broken, annual contract.

This new Berthing Loyalty Reward is uncomplicated, with no need to apply for the discount – it’s automatically deducted from your fees when the contract is up for renewal into year three and beyond. Annual berth holders will also continue to receive an annual Boatyard Reward – which can be used against any Premier Boatyard service.

Customers renewing online early can enjoy a further discount. This is because Premier Marinas has invested heavily in digital services to put customers in control. With a MyPremier account, accessed online or via the Premier App, berth holders can manage their contract renewals, update insurance details, top up and turn on berth electricity, book Premier boatyard services, advise the marina on arrivals & departures, check local tides and weather, request a launch from the dry stack and even highlight any maintenance concerns.

The Premier Advantage applies to all annual berthing contracts with Premier Marinas. Benefits include 42 free visitor nights and unlimited day visits to other Premier Marinas, fuel at cost, free Wi-Fi, dedicated free parking, free storage ashore, Sea Start support, an annual Boatyard Reward, plus now, an additional Berthing Loyalty Reward worth up to 3% when you stay for more than two years.

Andy Mills, Customer Experience Director states: “We’re delighted to extend the Premier Advantage benefits to now include this new Berthing Loyalty Reward. It’s a simple ‘thank you’ to our many customers who enjoy berthing in our marinas year after year. What’s also pleasing is that the vast majority of our berth holders will benefit directly from this at their next renewal.”
