Neptune Awards adds new category
Marine Marketers of America (MMA) and Informa Markets have confirmed that the 2022 Neptune Awards will feature a new category dedicated to “Boat Show Marketing”.
The new category is designed to recognise superior marketing for a boat show. MMA and Informa say that entries to this category should include booth design, setup, promotion, displays and any other supporting materials used for a boat show or during a boat show between 1 January and December 9, 2022.
Additionally, the MMA has extended the Neptune Award entry deadline to Sunday, December 18, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Entries are currently available online.
The Neptune Awards, now in its 15th year, is among the most prestigious recognition programmes of marketing communications for marine marketers in North America. This year’s awards feature
23 categories, covering all areas of marketing, from diversity initiatives and email marketing to
product literature and social media.
The 2022 Neptune Award winners will be announced in February 2023 at the Discover Boating
Miami International Boat Show.
The submissions will be scored by panels of independent judges following established
criteria. More than 88 marketing professionals from throughout the industry served as judges
for the 2021 awards, and the MMA is now calling for judges to apply for this year’s edition.
