French boatbuilder Jeanneau has announced Salaya Yachts as its exclusive dealer in Indonesia as the brand looks to expand its presence in Southeast Asia.

Salaya Yachts, co-founded by Kevin Sanjaya S. and Prilly Latuconsina, is headquartered in Jakarta and has additional offices in Bali and Labuan Bajo. The company offers a range of services, including yacht management, charter options, brokerage and boat co-ownership.

A launch event celebrating the partnership was attended by over 100 guests, including Ni Luh Puspa, vice minister of Indonesian tourism. Guests had the opportunity to experience outings aboard the Jeanneau Merry Fisher 895 and Merry Fisher 1095 Fly during the event.

“We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Salaya Yachts in Indonesia,” says Tanguy Tertrais, Jeanneau’s Asia-Pacific sales director. “This collaboration will allow us to meet the increasing demands of yachting enthusiasts in the region and invite our current and future owners to enjoy the Jeanneau experience to the fullest.”

Salaya co-founder Sanjaya adds: “Our company is not solely focused on the yacht business; we are dedicated to supporting Indonesia’s tourism industry.”

Jeanneau, a brand of Group Beneteau, builds powerboats and sailboats, and the company operates the largest cruising boat production site in Europe, covering 40 hectares in Les Herbiers, France. Jeanneau’s network of distributors spans 80 countries.
