Hurley Marine appoints new Europe distributor
Michigan-based dinghy davit manufacturer Hurley Marine is continuing its European expansion, with the appointment of Onicroix as its distributor for the Spanish market.
Hurley Marine designs and produce a range of davit systems that provide a solution for the easy recovery, launch and stowage of heavy tenders and jet skis onto a swim platform.
Paul Woodlock from GMA, which represents Hurley Marine in Europe, says: “This new distributor appointment is another example of the demand we are seeing for Hurley Marine’s davit solutions. When we were looking to appoint a distributor for this important market, we wanted a team that has a full understanding of the customer base, access to the dealer network and the technical ability to present, exhibit and sell these products, and we are looking forward to a successful partnership together.”
Ryan Negrevergne Gayant, chief executive of Onicroix, says: “I’m delighted that we have the opportunity to represent Hurley Marine, these high-quality davit systems appealed to us because they offer simple ‘off the shelf’ solutions for stowing tenders, SUPs, and jet skis on a bathing platform.
“I’ve watched with great interest the ongoing progress Hurley Marine has made in other key European markets, so I have every confidence that the people of Spain will also recognise the value this innovative product can provide.”
Onicroix is exhibiting at the 2023 Palma International Boat Show from 27 April and is set to debut the Hurley Marine product range at the show.
