Extra Yachts launches new model
Extra Yachts, part of the Palumbo Superyachts network, has launched its new X115 Triplex model. The exterior was designed with Francesco Guida, while the Milan-based Hot Lab studio took care of the interior.
The tri-deck boat offers the choice of five or six cabins, and the full-beam owner’s suite, complete with private balcony, separate wardrobe, vanity, office desk, and bathroom with double sink, is on the forward main deck.
The X115 Triplex’s cockpit on the main deck has two foldable balconies and extends over an area of 75 square metres; it includes both a living area with three sofas and a sundeck.
Seabobs are built into the transom with a sinking platform. The 4.6-metre tender garage is placed on the starboard side, allowing for a Jacuzzi to be fitted at the bow together with two large sunpads.
The heart of the main deck has a lounge area with sofas and a dining area with a 10-seater table, all served by the well-equipped galley on the port side.
Aft of the upper deck is the second formal table, also seating 10 people, positioned between the internal and the external lounge area, while the sun deck has two sunbathing areas and a living area.
Below deck there are four ensuite guest cabins: two VIP with double bed, and two with single beds.
The propulsion system of the semi-displacement X115 Triplex features three Volvo Penta IPS engines of 1,000 horsepower each, capable of a maximum speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
In addition to Extra, the Palumbo Superyachts network also includes ISA Yachts, Columbus Yachts, Mondomarine, and Palumbo SY dedicated to refit.
