Berthon appoints new Gemini RIBs sales exec
Berthon Rib Solutions has appointed James Myatt as Gemini RIBs UK and Ireland sales executive.
Myatt has worked in the marine sector for nearly 15 years, with experience as a corporate and commercial skipper, corporate marine events manager and lead camera boat and VIP Skipper for the Olympic Sailing Events in 2012 and the Americas Cup World Series in 2011 and 2017. Myatt was also a marine supervisor for Game Of Thrones Season 5.
“I have been here for a month now, and my mind is swirling with ideas and plans, and I can’t wait to get stuck into making sales proposal for new RIBs,” says Myatt. “Gemini has a fantastic pedigree, and I will continue promoting the brand.
Gemini RIBs are exhibiting at this year’s Southampton Boat Show on stands M104, M105 & M118. On show are two Gemini 650’s and an 880.
Berthon says each RIB is equipped with a GripTec closed-cell foam deck, a full Garmin electronics suite, Fusion sound system, Scanstrut wireless charger, cup holders and low-level lighting. The 650 models are powered by Yamaha 150hp outboards, and the high spec 880 with T-Top and Ullman shock mitigation seats, powered by a Suzuki 350hp engine.
